Terms of Service
Last updated 8 September 2026.
Stocklet ("we", "us") is a social tipping service that lets you send tokens issued on Robinhood Chain to other people on X by replying to their posts. By signing in with X, or by sending tokens to the Stocklet treasury address, you agree to these terms.

What Stocklet does
- You load a balance by sending a listed token, from a wallet you have linked to your account, to the treasury address shown on your dashboard.
- You tip by replying to a post on X with an amount and a cashtag, for example
@Stockletme 25 $PONS. The amount is moved from your balance to the recipient's balance immediately. - You withdraw by entering an address on your dashboard. Withdrawals are sent on-chain from the treasury, normally within a minute.
Tips are moves inside our ledger, not on-chain transactions. Deposits and withdrawals are real on-chain transfers.
Custody
While a balance is loaded, the tokens are held by Stocklet in a treasury wallet and your balance is a record in our ledger. You do not hold the tokens yourself during that time. Load only what you intend to tip. Stocklet is an early-stage service run by a small team; do not treat it as a place to store value.
Fees
Loading and withdrawing are free apart from network gas on your own transfers. Each tip carries a 1% fee, taken out of the amount tipped. Fees may change with notice on the site.
Tips to people who have not signed in
A tip to someone who has not yet signed in with X is held under their X account until they do. It is theirs to claim. We do not return unclaimed tips to the sender.
Your responsibilities
- Send tokens only from a wallet you have linked. Transfers from other addresses, including exchanges, cannot be credited automatically and may take manual review.
- Check the address before withdrawing. Transfers on-chain cannot be reversed.
- Keep your X account secure. Anyone who can post from your X account can tip from your balance.
- Do not use Stocklet for anything unlawful, or where holding or transferring these tokens is not permitted where you live.
Limits and availability
We apply per-account limits on tips and withdrawals to protect the treasury, and may pause deposits, tips or withdrawals for maintenance or security. Availability depends on where you live.
Tokens
Listed tokens are third-party assets. Stocklet does not issue them, endorse them, or make any statement about their value. A listing means only that we verified the contract address on Robinhood Chain.
Stock tokens
Some listed tokens are Stock Tokens issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, which track the price of shares or ETFs. Stocklet does not issue, sell or offer them; it only moves balances between people who already hold them. Stock Tokens may not be offered, sold or delivered to persons in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada or Switzerland, and you must not load, tip or receive them if you are such a person or if doing so is not permitted where you live. A tip in a Stock Token is a transfer of a token, not of a share, and carries no voting or ownership rights in the underlying company.
No affiliation
Stocklet is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc., Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, Robinhood Chain, or any token team.
Liability
Stocklet is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from token price changes, network failures, wrong addresses entered by you, compromised X accounts, or interruptions of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Questions: message the bot account @Stockletme on X.
